- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They will not answer phone calls 12-1. Their hours listed should reflect the times that they are not able to serve clients. I have had several X-Rays taken there. EACH TIME I had to follow up to get the X-rays sent to my doctor as they were supposed to. They should be sent the same day!. Edit: There is a total disconnect between Records, Front staff and Radiology Staff. I requested that it be sent to my Santa Barbara doctor. I was told by both front and radiology staff that it would be sent or read electronically. When I followed up with the records staff, I was told by records that it was not possible to be read electronically with this office, and they would need to be mailed, but they were not mailed either. Anyway, a week delay with my problem, because the records were not sent as I and my doctor requested.March 04, 2017by Lloyd Marcum
