- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I cannot imagine a more perfect vet clinic for my dog. I went looking for a cheaper clinic five years ago, and I found it. At the time this place, next to Trader Joes in San Luis Obispo, was just opening. The vet sat on the floor with my dog, everything gave me a good feeling. Yesterday, my dog began licking her foot instead of chasing the ball. Saw a red sore between her toes. Took her in, and left her because it was a Monday, with all kinds of emergencies after the weekend. They have a private dog run and a bed where she could wait to be seen in between other animals. Within two hours, I got a call from the vet telling me it was a bee sting, what the treatment was, and how to followup if needed, and when I could pick her up. When I did get her, the vet tech told me how good and easy she had been. She has been fine ever since, but they called to double check on her today. The clinc has at least doubled in size in the last year, with now 4 vets, but the same great service.August 19, 2017by Meg Crockett
